It will be difficult unless you make a GPA above 4.5 consistently in the subsequent semesters to make up for this one. it is usually better start with a GPA greater than 4.5 so that even when drop below par you will be trying to maintain your 4.5

Yes u can graduate with 4.50 CGPA if you can continue with GPA of 4.8 to 4.9 the rest semesters.
