The last time I checked, 1bn USD was set aside for security by FG.
Let's assume $450m was used to pay for the 12super tucano aircrafts. What happened to d remaining $550m ? What has happened to d nations security since then? How come policemen in Bornu protested over non payment of allowances? Why is new terrorist factions springing up at this time  |
