Marriage is not a bed of roses, neither is it a place to condone abuse.

Married men are the real MVPs. You guys take bullets which'll kill single men in a heartbeat. In dating there are times you live without your SO for up to a week on end but in marriage she's only a room or days away.
Married men see a woman with all her attributes, both good and bad, especially those of her character manifest themselves. Marriage is a huge gamble and it's why men take serious time and consideration before jumping into it.
You get to see your wife without a wig or makeup on. I am sure the amount of boyfriends who have seen this before are in the minority. Exposure in a bf/gf situation have strong unspoken limits. You get to see her at that time of the month and sometimes stumble upon those sanitary devices once in a while — another thing only a few boyfriends are familiar with.
You get to see your wife build her beauty from zero [no makeup, unshaven pubes, unbrushed teeth and scraggly natural hair] to amazing [the complete package you fell for] and for many reasons her attractiveness loses the appeal it had pre-marriage.
It's no wonder marriages don't last nowadays, the man taps out.
