If you look at that picture very well you see that that is not hand shake....it looks as if Atiku was explaining something to the man not hand shake. I can see two thumbs which shows that Atiku was addressing the man with his two hands but from the side of our view it shows only one hand while the two thumbs are shown.

You better go sharpen your lens very well...
