The Truth About Vibranium by Zizaxbast(m): 5:37pm On Jul 17, 2018
You might have heard of Vibranium before, maybe when watching movies like “The Black Panther” or “Dare devil”. This would have brought questions like: Is it a real metal or does it even exist at all ? Is it really strong enough to cut Diamonds? and many other questions to the mind. In order to provide the right answers to these questions, FactsRealm crew went on a thorough research about this wonderful metal and came up with these.

Is Vibranium real?

To put it to you once and for all, Vibranium is a fictional metal. It originated from the Marvel Comics. It was said to have come from the African nation of Wakanda. According to them, it was first deposited on Earth by a Meteorite approximately 10,000 years ago. It is noted for its connection to the famous Captain America’s shield and also the Black Panther’s suit.

Can Vibranium cut Diamond ?

NO, they can’t! This is due to the fact that Vibranium, as implied above, is fictional while diamonds are real. Up until now, diamonds are still the hardest substance ever known to man.

In truth, Vibranium doesn’t actually exist in our world. It is said to possess the ability to absorb all vibrations within its vicinity and dampen the kinetic energy directed at it. The energy absorbed is then stored within the bonds between the molecules that make up the substance. As a result, kinetic energy is dissipated within the bond instead. This in reality, is a violation of physics.
