Everyone is complaining about the 2010 World Cup Ball, What's actually wrong with the ball ? You send it on a direction and it goes a different way.

Who are the "everyone" you're talking about here?

Green ( England's goalkeeper), Algerian keeper, most england players and even our own Etuhu. If you follow sport news very well, u'd notice they've been complaining about the ball before the beginning of the tournament,
Re: Adidas Jabulani: The Controversial World Cup Ball by tosinaded(m): 11:53am On Jun 14, 2010
useless goalies!

Just these few people? how did these few translate to all?
How about Enyeama? did he complain too?
Klose nko? did he complain?
Podolski? did he complain?

Lame excuses.

Etuhu had the guts to complain, shameless homo sapien
Re: Adidas Jabulani: The Controversial World Cup Ball by lagerwhenindoubt(m): 2:16pm On Jun 14, 2010
Enyeama was able to relate with the ball off the feet of the world's best player, so much on the skills of the other goalies who complained grin

@ Topic

"Every player, if he is being honest, will tell you there is something strange about the ball - It is different to what we are used to and it gives keepers a big problem – like we saw today." - Robert Koren (Slovenia's Captain) who fired the long-range shot the Algerian keeper fumbled.

There may be come credibility to the complaints against Addidas' Jabulani ball, if the goal-scorer says the ball is weird, no?

Glad Enyeama had an answer to this "weird" ball - The guy was the hero of the match!

Heard the news over the radio that their's something weird about dis ball. u send it somewhere and it goes elsewhere. It has a mind of its own, hahahahahaha. Am sure the ball would be in support of the 5 african nations and score itself for us.

I actually have one of those balls,i got from Colin Udoh, men that thing has a very strong bounce i don`t blame the keepers, that thing is really fast!!!!
Re: Adidas Jabulani: The Controversial World Cup Ball by Seun(m): 7:15pm On Jun 16, 2010
Ironically, it's affecting the strikers too. They keep kicking the ball over the net. Hence the goal drought.
Re: Adidas Jabulani: The Controversial World Cup Ball by Oba234: 7:18pm On Jun 16, 2010
yawn. Fifa is not going to change the ball. ball bad or not, people are still scoring goal.

I think it's the best world cup ball ever. Is there ever a new ball players especially goalkeepers dont complain about?
Re: Adidas Jabulani: The Controversial World Cup Ball by Ben13: 7:40pm On Jun 16, 2010
All these noise is because the world is coming to Africa for the first time. After the ball, we'll hear abouth the vuvzelas and maybe later some goalies will complain about the pitch! grin
Re: Adidas Jabulani: The Controversial World Cup Ball by Egbagirl(f): 7:43pm On Jun 16, 2010

Re: Adidas Jabulani: The Controversial World Cup Ball by DisGuy: 8:16pm On Jun 16, 2010
The Teimgeist ball used at the 2006 World Cup in Germany was called the "flying ball" and the "helium ball" because of its perceived extended flight time, while the Fevernova ball from the 2002 World Cup co-hosted by Japan and South Korea was deemed too light and too bouncy.

no be today

Re: Adidas Jabulani: The Controversial World Cup Ball by GBT(m): 9:48pm On Jun 16, 2010
Really none of these folks should be complaining as the ball has been in circulation for close to eight month!
Why then wait till now, what stopped them from practising with the ball all the while?
Re: Adidas Jabulani: The Controversial World Cup Ball by semid4lyfe(m): 11:33pm On Jun 16, 2010
Nonsense! It's now fashionable to complain about every world cup ball.
