It's not practically possible. I'm a health specialist. That vaginal odour is as a result of the fluid which is also known as discharge coming out of your female reproduction system. The discharge is a waste so, it has to have a fish-like odour. It can only be reduced and the only reason such odour could be reduced is when you've attained menopause, meaning the period you stop menstruating .

thank you ma. You can also tell us that faeces and urine( which are also waste products from the body, just like vaginal discharge) have strawberry or lemon smell. I can see you don't experience any vaginal discharge at all as you're a different specie of a woman. No matter how regularly you wash your genital, the smell can't go off because it's natural and the fluid is coming from the inside of you as waste, which makes the portion to smell.
