The description is wrong.
The cassava granules are beaten, the same way their people do eggs, flour, butter and sugar into batter when preparing to bake cakes.
The yam is pounded. I honestly doubt it was a white person who wrote the description, how much more English does one need to explain "pounded"?

The description is ok, the way they designed the pounded yam on the other hand is not so appealing
