So it is no news that over 30 people died in offa, but what is strange is the manner the police is handling this investigation

I expect the police to investigate this matter with the seriousness it deserves rather what we have seen is a media circus orchestrated from Abuja

Firstly what are the investigators doing in Abuja? Should they not be at Offa getting to the root of the matter?

The family of the over 30 people who died that day deserves some dignity and closure. And this means investigating the matter seriously and quietly until concrete evidence is established. Instead what we have seen is a media circus in which the Senate President is being accused and tried in the media even though the police had failed to establish a nexus between Saraki and the case!

The DPP and AGF have both written the IGP telling him he has no evidence against Saraki and yet this IGP will not let Saraki be.

It seems to me the IGP has a preferred outcome in this matter and is going out to hunt for stories that supports his predetermined evidence.

I really don’t want to say this but it will be really unfortunate if a bank robbery was staged to bring Saraki down by the NPF. This same IGP is also alleged to be responsible for the Death of the REC and his family in Kano State after the last election and it appears the accusations that this IGP does anything to get the results he wants is brewing again!

Acting a script ... More like the days of Sgt Rogers, al mustafa, etc.
Back to Abacha Days.

What are they doing in Abuja? If a prime suspect is in Abuja or Kafanchan, nothing prevents the police from going there.
The media circus is the creation of the Senate president with his letters to the police. Who responds to police invitations with letters? Under normal circumstances he should be arrested without any further notice.

Who knows whether the robery and killing is a stage act manufacture by APC or their agents through NPF mercinery for political battle.

Nigeria is the only country where whatever happen is tagged as political attack even if natural disaster happen, it will still be connected to higi hagi.

all saraki needs to do is to hire more SANs and the case will just die a natural death.
