Sorry to burst your bubbles.

We only have two seasons in Nigeria; Rainy and Dry.

Harmattan is not a season, but a dusty wind (North east trade wind) that blows towards the western coast of Africa.

Saying Harmattan is a season is like saying, Hurricane in US is a season. Get it?

Summer is not dry season and dry season is not summer.

In Nigeria, we have 2 seasons Rainy and Dry.

In Temperate countries, e.g. U.S, Britain, etc there are four seasons, Winter, Autumn/Fall, Spring and Summer.

Please stop saying we have summer in Nigeria, it's a geographical blunder.

You have comprehension issues, ain't you? Where in the world did I wrote that we have summer in Nigeria. The thought of that irks me to the marrow.

The summer holiday as used by many is August break. The period were it stop raining but unfortunately it for few days or weeks. It would have been better they call it "August break" instead of summer break.
