i tell you not only presidential primary .even national assembly primary too.
In benue for instance former gov suswam is vying for senate and apc decamp in pdp gemade has been promised the same ticket.
And suswam has more electoral value than gemade . this means suswam might get apc ticket snd eventually beat gemade for the seat.
