Even in his 5 year reign, Jonathan initiated IPPIS (which eliminated a lot of ghost workers), TSA (which reduced embezzlement in the public sector), PVC (which improved the quality of our elections) etc.
Ask yourself, what has Buhari and APC done in almost 4 years? People keep saying Buhari is not corrupt. Let us even assume that is true. Then, is government built around one person? So after his tenure, what next? Back to square 1?

what "shaking" foundation are u talking about? The kwara's are just dumb people who eats on left overs of the saraki's. The saraki's has been raping kwara for decades without nothing to show for and they still shamelessly dance and welcome him after receiving derica of rice and #2000.
