Mine is congraiss but i believe dem to be close

1. You dont know what a parastatal is

2. You cannot differenciate between a ministry and parastatal

3. I can categorically say you are neither a civil servant nor public servant either at the state or federal level

4. Next time, when you hear something for the first time, ask questions so you wont come on a public forum to display this level of ignorance you have displayed via your post.

5. I would have explained the difference between Ministries, Agencies and Departments to you but you didnt ask me, so I'll pass.

6. For the sake of the prospective civil and public servants here, Ministries pay lesser than parastatals. Although you may find some parastatals (like NIPOST, NCFR, NTA) that still use the CONPSS and therefore pay the same as their supervising ministry but no parastatal can pay lesser than the ministry, infact some parastatals pay up to ×6 of what their supervising ministry pays. E.g Fed Min of Communications and Nigerian Communications Commission as a case study.

went to account and confirm its 103k plus the pay as explain was as a result of when we started work last month

That said, @OP you are definitely an employee of a research inclined parastatal. When a fresh degree graduate is employed in any agency using the CONRAISS structure, they are placed on CONRAISS 07/2. For you to be on 08 implies that you were either promoted, had a postgraduate degree at the time of employment or a holder of a degree certificate in a professional discipline.

Many job seekers and undergraduates on Nairaland assume the remuneration of all federal MDAs are uniform across board. This is far from the truth. Federal Ministries will place a degree holder on level 08 or level 09 (for specialized disciplines like law). While agencies that use CONRAISS will place them on 07 or 08 for specialized disciplines respectively

Now, if you did not authorize loan deductions from your salary, Oga, you have being shortchanged. CONRAISS 07/2 after all deductions should have a net pay of not less than 87k. CONRAISS 08 shouldnt be less than 97k and could be higher depending on other allowances the agency approves.
