I kind of always thought the last column for work experience was titled - 3 years or more. Maybe that's what the original poster was asking about. Anyways, what do I know?

Experience after 3yrs in the relevant NOCs does not increase your CRS score.

I filled NO.

You filled yes because as you can see from your own screenshot you got 50 points for it. That CRS calculator is not a timed exam, take your time and read the questions. Also that’s not the eligibility tool as you said in your initial post, it’s just a score calculator.

what NOC do u want to claim with customer service. Customer service doesn't fall under NOC O, A not B . U can't use customer service habi can somehow here proof me wrong

which NOC fits a forensic/fraud investigator - 1114.3 (Financial Investigator) / 1111 (Financial Auditor) or are there other NOCs I should consider?

I don't have a documented JD but I have extracted some sections of a vacancy posted by a competing firm for a forensic/fraud investigator role. The extracts reflects an overview of what I do
