A fresh suit against the Osun State governorship candidate of the People’s Democratic Party, Senator Ademola Adeleke, has been filed in the state High Court, Osogbo, the state capital.

Two PDP delegates, Olagboye Adedamola and Oyetunji Suredi, who accused Adeleke of forging the testimonial and statement of result he presented to the Independent National Electoral Commission, also dragged before the court the PDP the state Chairman, Hon. Soji Adagunodo, and his state executive council members and the INEC.

At the hearing of the case before the court on Tuesday, the plaintiffs asked for an abridged date for the respondents to appear after the service within seven days instead of 21 days and the court order to allow them to advertise all their applications in the national dailies.

The court after the submission of the plaintiffs’ counsel, Bar. Abdulrahman Okunade granted the two prayers.

In the new suit attached with seven exhibits and a 37-paragraph affidavit, the plaintiffs sought for seven reliefs and asked the court to disqualify Senator Adeleke from contesting the September 22 polls as the governorship candidate of the PDP.

They specifically asked the court to bar Adeleke from the poll “on account of ineligibility, false information and submission of false documents to the INEC as the 4th defendant in the suit.”

They urged the court to declare the first runner-up in the PDP primary conducted on July 21, Dr. Akin Ogunbiyi as the party’s lawful candidate for the forthcoming governorship election.

In his ruling, the presiding judge, Justice David Oladimeji, adjourned the case till tomorrow Wednesday.

PDP just wasted that Osun slot to APC again.

The man is senseless, instead for him to produce his certificate, he was busy arresting the school principal who released his woeful result to the world.

REASON WHY BUHARI HATES SARAKI:

in 1983, Bahuri was a minister during which late Saraki was made the commissioner for works in their state. Buhari was asked to send some lists for project to the said Saraki state with some portfolio containing money and the amount was in dollar but Saraki said he would hold the money till next year which was Easter. Before Christmas, Buhari came to enugu to do Christmas with Saraki family but they chose to use their family house for the celebration. So Buhari and late Saraki killed 3 rams and sent some parts to Edo state but uncle to Tinubu received the meat and gave chicken to his wife to use for stew. So, since the Easter was close and Christmas was almost getting to an end, Buhari was asked to go and meet Saraki for the remaining meat which the wife had given to his son and nephew. So, this thing really caused a very big problem and till today, Saraki has not done the Easter and Buhari has not accepted that the meat was actually goat meat and until they both see their wives and confirm. That's just the problem. They should please settle

Don't type rubbish abeg she's from Ogun State,she was a commissioner before being made Minister,on a lighter note,when they were telling him to school then and was like they were already rich what does he want to use school for again,he never knew he could be in this position today.

Senator adeleke has no focus, how can someone who finds it difficult to pay miracle centers who specialized in writing waec or neco so that he can have school certificate all these days be a governor over millions of people.

What does it cost the glutinous mofo to pay people and write the exam for him if he is serious.
