please I need a honest recommendation of a decent android phone I can get between 22 to 25k. must be up to 2gb RAM, and have a good battery. I really don't care about camera much, as I'm not d picture type.

I can personally talk about Oukutel c8.. it's a good one...

For the Homtom.. Ive never used S16 in particular , but HT16.. and it was good also..

if u can go to computer village, u'll get a fairly used Samsung s5 for dat price. I just got one tru olx
