BREAKING: Angry soldiers ground Maiduguri airport, threaten to shoot superiors

There is currently tension at the Maiduguri international airport in Borno state as angry soldiers are shooting indiscriminately to protest their deployment from the state capital to another local government.

The aggrieved soldiers reportedly arrived at the airport at 6pm ahead of their posting to Marte local government area.

But trouble started when they regrouped and refused to board the aircraft which ought to convey them there.

The soldiers who are of the special forces said after spending over four years in Maiduguri, they ought to be sent back to their families and not to be posted to face death.

An officer who witnessed the incident said superior officers, including Bulami Biu, general officer commander (GOC) of 7 division, were asked to stay off the airport or risk being shot.

“The second batch of pilgrims from Borno boarded their flight amid the commotion,” the source said.

“The special forces are ready for trouble. They are really angry. The superiors were asked to stay off or be killed.”

Am sure most if not all of these protesting Officers are from South and Middle belt Christians soldiers. Killing them off from army via fake Boko haram fighters is the order of the day in BuhariAPC.

Burying them secretly to avoid media coverage is key to Buhari victory over Boko Haram technically....!

I'm sure they would prefer to be posted to Lagos or Port Harcourt so that they will demonstrate 'strength and courage' by oppressing unarmed 'bloody civilians'. But they can't face armed bloody civilians like Boko Haram.

These soldiers are deployed with little or no ammunition to face well armed boko haram fighters ready to die fighting, are poorly remunerated after their superiors loot their allowances & are not taken care of even when they fall sick.

Worst of all is that even when they are killed in combat, this wicked government will deny them in death in other to sound politically correct.
Anything they do is not out of place.

God knows that if I'm a soldier, instead of going to die in the hands of Boko Haram Terrorists due to embezzlement of fund by superiors. I will risk organizing a coup and topple the government with some strong minded colleagues OR we embark on a shoot-at-sight operation on all our bosses.

It is better my name enters into Nigeria military history book (even if it's to pay the ultimate price) than to die like chicken in the bush fighting for a useless country.
