• After downloading the zip file right-click on that file and click on extract here option to extract it. After extracting the file, you will see a
a new file labelled as ‘SupportTool.bat’.
• Then right-click on this extracted file and select ‘Run as Administrator’ from the options.
• A pop-up box named as ‘User Account control’ will appear on the screen on which you have to click on Yes button.
• Then a Diagnostic toolkit window will open-up on which you to click on ‘Uninstall’ tab and then click on ‘Stop all components’ button under
the start and stop component section.
• Once the icon gets disappeared, then the software is now disabled.
