The Senior Special Assistant to Delta State Governor on Special Duties (Contributory Health Commission) and Director of Media and ICT Vote Okowa Again 2019, Solomon Ebinum said that he is looking forward to an emphatic victory at the polls for Dr Ifeanyi Okowa in 2019 polls and It will ultimately be a victory of historical importance for Deltans.

Ebinum pointed out that Senator Dr. Ifeanyi Arthur Okowa has more experience, administrative acumen and exposure to warrant his re-election as governor compared to any other candidate that has so far indicated interest for the gubernatorial race.

He also posited that the governor's far-reaching SMART Agenda has so far delivered on the promise of progressive government as promised during campaign.

This administration, according to him has taken some bold steps in presenting some social and economic policies that have helped in improving the lives of Deltans.

"In fact, Dr Okowa's administration has added great value to the people and the state". He stated

According to him, Governor Ifeanyi Okowa is an effective leader with a digital mindset and has a deep commitment to expanding opportunities for the people and certainly knows how to bring them together to get results.

He extolled the people for their overwhelming support for the masses leader and urged them to intensify election campaigns and deliver a “sweet victory” for Governor Ifeanyi Okowa who bears upon himself, the aspirations of all Deltans.
