I guess you will not answer my question as I have waited so long, I will give you an article I posted earlier to think about so that you will know that the fundamental human right is not man's idea but from the Scriptures.

It is good to remind ourselves, from time to time, that the foundational charter of America, the Declaration of Independence, is a creationist document. Our founding fathers separated from England by citing the Biblical truth that all men are created equal. This status recognized inalienable human rights granted by the Creator and not by men or governments. The world has benefited by the successful separation, as America has been a source of freedom and hope to many. Most importantly, America has been a nation from which the Gospel has emanated.

But what of the idea that all individual men are created equal? Certainly the circumstances of their birth have not been equal. All have different levels of ability and opportunity. Even access to Gospel truth has not been equal. In what way are we created equal?

Historically, we all come from the same ancestral source. From Noah and his sons "was the whole earth overspread" (Genesis 9:19). Before that all came from Adam "the first man" (I Corinthians 15:45-46) and Eve, "the mother of all living" (Genesis 3:20). There are no others, for God "hath made of one blood all nations of men" (Acts 17:26). The modern distinction of "race" is not the Biblical concept in which differences stem from the separation at Babel based solely on "every one after his tongue, after their families, in their nations" (Genesis 10:5).

Genetically, we are "equal" as well. Now that the human genome has been deciphered, we know every human is so similar to everyone else that we are all essentially "clones" of each other. The various expressions we recognize are best understood as designed adaptations.

Personally, we are equal too. The Bible tells us that "all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God" (Romans 3:23). Thankfully, Christ "is the propitiation for our sins: and not for our's only, but also for the sins of the whole world" (I John 2:2).

Eternally, we will be evaluated equally; based on our creed, not rank of birth. The unbelieving "peoples, and multitudes, and nations, and tongues" (Revelation 17:15) are consigned to judgment, while the redeemed believers gather around His throne singing His praises from "every kindred, and tongue, and people, and nation" (5:9). The unequal rewards or consequences will be due to our choices and conduct after having an equal standing.

Equal rights called for in the Declaration were an extension based on a higher Charter, the Holy Scriptures. If we would fully embrace the Declaration, we must cling to its underlying Document.

Did you listen to the question he asked before he got tasered? I doubt you did before jumping to conclusions as you usually do. I doubt you know the difference between rogue governments and those who claim to have the freedom of speech, like in America. And who said that it has anything to do with rapture? the people who miss the rapture are the ones that will be faced with such treatment, that's if you know what the rapture means.

I know you can investigate allegations if you want to but your blind devotion to Obama worship would not allow you. You wished that the Word of God should be preached as long as does not have anything to do with your idols, be it science or politics but you are wrong brother, the Word of God touches every facet of our daily lives and it is fresher than tomorrow's newspaper. Is this what you mean by the separation of church and state? you must be joking if you think that is what is meant.

I can see the usual tactics of atheists in not answering questions.  Do you think you deserve the right to only asking questions without answering the ones posed to you?  Go back to look for the questions I asked earlier before insisting that I answer yours.

Every right you claim must be compensated with responsibilities otherwise consequences will have to be paid.  Try driving on a road clearly marked "No Entry" in a country where there is law and order and see how far you push this your fundamental right to drive anywhere.  Where God designed on a man as a "No Entry" zone must not be infringed upon and if you insist on doing so you do it at your own risk which brings consequences of eternal dimensions that may not be palatable.

1. The declaration of independence declared America to be a secular state. i.e has no religion
2. America was formed by settlers from Britain. And while there isn't any conclusive proof, Britain is seen as the origin of Christianity. At least they were the ones to bring it to America and Africa.
3. Saying we are equal 'historically' is wish washy it doesn't give any proof. I should also point out at the same time that history should be fact, not coming from the Bible.
4. If darwinism is to be believed we all evolved together so of course we would be equal. your arguement isnt solid.
5. There is no 'underlying' docement. The rights of equality was based on morality. As shocking as it seems to believers non-believers do have morals you know. you dont have to believe in God to know that discrimination is wrong.

Using the same analogy you have used i will explain why his rules are flouted. Imagine having a nameless, faceless government that noone has ever seen or spoken to (at least verifiably) now imagine this phanthom government puts a rule into place with no way of enforcing it and then gives vague promises of jail should you break the rule. Now tell me what would anyone do? especially when the rules some of the rules are ridiculous and serving little or no purpose. We will break it time and time again. and with reason too.

The only difference between God and this phanthom government is that God is purported to have created the earth. A claim with no basis i might add. And yet you wonder why people say screw consequences?
