From my research, Pwc or any audit firm carries out the audit each year as per the constitution. This year Sahara decided to investigate it and these are the findings.

So, no it has nothing to do with Buhari's integrity but the work of Sr.

The only entity with the constitutional authority to audit fed govt account is the Office of Auditor General of the Federation, not Sahara reporter or even PWC.
