the 5% knew all these, yes we know what buhari is. we also told our brother mbaka about buhari but he pretended like he doesn't know but he knows too, the biggest surprise Will be the number of persons who will come here to insult the 5% for rejecting buhari, yet we have already rejected him, he may continue but we are happy that he is not going to do so with our votes

How any nation can wake up and vote back a man who forcefully took over government by the barrel of a gun is beyond...

We Nigerians always think we are clever, the most stupid docile individuals live in this part of the world..I never see. Make Una keep shouting Sai Buhari, Una never see anything..

You people don't know it's settled on earth and in heaven, Buhari would loose the polls cause I don't see why any sane person should support that old senile fool for president

This is not a new thing, we already know who Buhari really is. The issue is why there are people in this country who still support Buhari. Sometimes I just feel like sitting them down and asking them "why?", cos I just can't understand why anybody would still support him after all these numerous red flags

Buhari is a very unenlightened person. Otherwise, how can a president come on TV and say national interest is above rule of law? This clearly shows the man does not know anything about democracy.

Buhari is an anti-democratic ruler!! If this man is not removed we're returning to full-blown military dictatorship in civilian cloth.

Someone should sit him down and inform him this a democratic government and that in a democracy the rule of law is above everything else; including Buhari.

You are so naive and even United States which is perceived to be a role model knows that national interest is far above rule of law.

Just that Buhari talks too much,Cos facts like this is a guided secret.

What Soyinka is positing as Buhari's deep thoughts can be summed up thus: Buhari is preparing to make Nigeria a totalitarian state, where the rule of law is subverted, free speech is contained and the state operates with presidential fiat. George Orwell's book, 1984, is a pointer.
Incidentally, we've been there before, 1983 to 1985,when he seized power. He ran a totalitarian government.
Those who asked him to come back in 2015 didn't learn from history. Their sense of history failed them abjectly. Or, they were merely desperate.

Of course, the only time you all compare yourselves to the US is when you're getting something wrong.

Why don't you compare yourself to the US to generate electricity for us in Nigeria?

Why don't you compete with the US to build the best road in Nigeria?

Why don't you compete with them to be the first to land man on the moon?

Why do you always compare yourself to the US when you're doing something wrong? Why is it that the worst the US has to offer happen to be your best?

There is no 'rule of law' when politicians are stealing and depriving people of basic amenities but when its time to deal with thieving politician, they'll start shouting rule of law. Nonsense.
Sir, what you don't know or pretend not to know is that you can be falsely accused of stealing or whatever by your enemy who happens to be in power and if the rule of law is not followed, you will be punished unjustly. If you still like that, may it happen to you, Amen.
