A Ghanaian professional photographer, Nana Kofi Acquah, who shared photos of painting on Instagram, said it was painted by a man who literally has no arms and legs. The man identified as Joel Acheampong, Nana Kofi Acquah observed, was Ghana's first quadriplegic artist. The beautiful painting of the second lady, Samira Bawumia, is trending online.
