The just concluded 2018 Miss Polo International, has ended successfully, as contestants, participants, guests and partners, applauded the smooth organisation of the event, which was held at Transcorp Hilton hotel in Abuja.

According to the organiser, Miss Ibife Alufohai, the event was concluded with an outcome that satisfied everyone, as winners emerged with great significant qualities that thrilled the crowd. However, in a press release yesterday, the organisers condemned and debunked the malicious narration of events by an online news platform, Instablog9ja, stating that the news is misleading and libelous.

Based on the press statement and a verified observation from our sources, the slight disagreement was between the organiser and Miss Pooja, International Ambassador for Miss Polo International 2018 and not a contestant. But the side troubles have been painted wrongly by local forces of indiscipline in the contest.

The management of Miss Polo International have advised Instablog9ja to immediately remove the frivolous and misleading post, with a published replacement of this rejoinder.
Observers and organisers have reacted, by sliding out the frivolous false reports of assault on Nazneen Shaikh, the emerged winner of 2018 Miss Polo international contest, establishing that there wasn't any assault on any contestant.

It was however revealed that the Miss Nigeria contestant StellaWhyte who supposedly performed below standard while in camp and during the pre- judging exercise disassociated herself to portray the event and the Miss Polo International brand in a bad light haven failed to make the top 10 cut at the grand finale.

The organisers stated that, the event was successfully conducted, and the organisation will resume an immediate evaluation of the pet project of emerged winners. Fortunately, the made up troubles which was targeted at the success of the maiden edition Miss polo international contest was dismissed by the official association of pageant organisers in Nigeria, stressing that the allegations were baseless and uncalled for.

While speaking with the winners, Her Majesty, Queen Nanzeen Shaikh, the 2018 Miss Polo winner, thanked the organisers and appreciated their efforts in making the contest a complete success. The 1st runner up winner, Foje Jencey was noticed in a blissful display of gratitude, as Yoho Otomo, the 2nd runner up winner, expressed absolute satisfaction to the international contest.
