You must show proof that you've been out of job for at least 6months then you'll qualify for 25% of your total contribution.

I don't work there but former colleagues who have done it say that's the procedure

In my place of work, I have been paid pension just once. And the money is sooo negligible considering the number of years we have worked. Sometimes I wish I go just go ATM withdraw the money

Really? I didn't know they've changed the rules. Like I said I've not tried to withdraw so I might not be the best to talk to about it.
