August 31, 2018 By Nsikak Nseyen The Ebute Meta Magistrates’ Court in Lagos on Friday remanded a 40-year-old woman, Folake Falade, over possession of human parts and charms. Falade, is facing a two-count charge of conspiracy and unlawful possession. The Prosecutor, Insp. Oladele Adebayo, told the court that Falade committed the offences on Aug. 27 at about 7.00am at Cele-NISER Bus Stop in Aiyetoro on the Lagos-Badagry highway. The accused pleaded guilty. Adebayo alleged that the accused was found in possession of human parts, charms and a picture of a boy, whose body parts were found in rotten state. The offences contravened Sections 238 and 411 of the Criminal Law of Lagos State, 2015. Ruling, the Chief Magistrate, Mr O.O. Olatunji, remanded the accused at the Ikoyi Prisons and adjourned until Sept. 4 for facts and sentencing. |

haykes: He would kills a killer ought to be killed. It's a morally unjust Law to kill a killer. It is never a retaliation. Unless otherwise the ghost of the "killed" kills the killer or the killer dies also in the event of killing "the killed". But when a living, kills a killer in the name of avenge or retaliation or consequence for the killed, then the law of justice is imperfect. |
