Paul Arkwright, the United Kingdom High Commissioner to Nigeria has described the former governor of Abia State as the face of new Nigeria.

Arkwright Said this during a meeting with the former Governor.

In return, Kalu also commended the contributions of Arkwright over the years to the country’s development.

“Arkwright’s contributions in collaboration with the UK in Nigeria to our development as a nation over the years is very commendable.” Kalu reportedly said
