Niger, kogi, Kwara and Nassarawa are all NC. I am very sure PMB will win there, have u travelled to Niger before? Please go there and revert asap. Niger is for PMB, Nassarawa, Kwara, Kogi for PMB.... travel out and see things for yourself, comot from SE make u see for urself
