We are developing other countries, but cannot replicate the same feat in Nigeria.

Nigerians can not develop Nigeria because  corrupt Governors, selfish politicians, tribal warlords and Godfathers who are above the rule of law are driving them away

The fact that Nigerians succeed abroad shows how talented and versatile they are. They will succeed in almost any country if given the chance
Chances they do not get at home

Corruption is killing Nigeria
Nigerians thrive outside the country because there is a reward for their hardwork. They do not toil for years on end only to see corruption, unchecked inflation and a poorly managed economy ruin their retirement plans

A man who works in a post office and lives a simple life will have enough money over the years to buy himself a house, nice car and send his kids to university. It will be a struggle but it is possible

When there is no corruption you do not have to get rich quick, slow and steady wins the race
In Nigeria the rich are getting richer and the poor are getting poorer

In makes no difference to the common man on the street whether OBJ, IBB, Yar'adua or his neighbours dog is in power because he will still be hungry

Our politicians are not stupid just greedy. They all start out with good intentions but almost all fall by the way side

In Nigeria you have to bribe for your human rights, in other 'corrupt' countries you bribe when you want to get around the law!

If we do not sort ourselves out, Samuel Doe will have got off lightly compared to the fate that some politicians will face
If society can not change itself peacefully change will come by force

Do not test the resolve of the Nigerian people. History has shown that time and time again the masses have risen up against the injustice of the oppressive, plundering ruling classes

Nigerians are biding their time and the masses are not stupid. We will soon have nothing to lose then Nigeria will burn.
All the palaces the rich are building for themselves will go up in flames.

We will have a conflagration of unstoppable public dissent spreading across the country like as wild fire and then nobody will be above jungle justice

Nigeria will be great.

Watch this space

How, if I may ask, did you come to the conclusion that Nigerian professionals don't succeed in Nigeria. I think you should reframe your assertion to say
"it's a good thing that Nigerian professionals succeed in other countries apart from Nigeria" because Nigerian professionals definitely succeed in Nigeria too. I know you are excited that the judge is Nigerian but you shouldn't then come to the unfound conclusion that Nigerian professionals don't succeed in Nigeria.
