1. Election is 4 to 5 months away
2. A large number of APC lawmakers are in agreement that the law says 73 Senators are required to remove the Senate President so Oshiomhole has a tall battle to impeach Saraki. Nobody will break the law for Oshiomole. The NASS is not State Assembly
3. On the issue of declaring Saraki’s seat vacant you need Saraki or Ekweremadu as Presiding officers in order to declare anyone’s seat vacant on the basis of defection
4. As we speak the duly elected chairman of APC Kwara Mr Fulani Balogun is in court to reclaim his mandate after Oshiomole announced a parallel caretaker exco in Kwara.. it is also true that the announcement of this parallel exco in Kwara preceded Saraki’s defection and yet somehow Oshiomole believes he will legitimately prove to the court that there is no division in APC? This is without minding the issue of RAPC. Again this is another example of Oshiomole playing into Saraki’s hands.

Saraki is always one step ahead and he is also very lucky too
