if it is a document, convert it to pdf and just upload it to the normal public_html folder on your website control panel's file manager. Create a text link on the page you want like this (www.yourdomain.com/filename.pdf). Once anyone clicks on the link, the file will open. The visitor can then save the file, or use the "Right Click ---> Save page as" link to download the file straight away. |
