baba3know: It is possible to work from home in Nigeria and there are quite a few numbers of Nigerians that are working from home. But there are challenges Nigerians working from home face. 1. GEOGRAPHICAL LIMITATION: Most website that pays bar Nigerians from their website especially if you are Nigerian resident in Nigeria. 2. PAYPAL LIMITATION: Most online website pay their online workers through paypal and paypal place some limitation on Nigeria as you can not receive your online payment although there is a way to bypass this limitation. 3. WEBSITE LIMITATION: Some website like survey website bar Nigerians from participating in taking survey, CPA website like maxbounty etc also bar Nigerians from participating to earn money. 4. FRAUD LIMITATION: Because of the high level of internet fraud coming from Nigeria, Nigeria is among blacklisted country and that make Nigerians to face limitation in earning online. However, despite all this limitation, there are ways Nigerians have bypass some of these limitation by using vpn, virtual private server etc Some website still accept Nigerians like fiverr, forex trading website, CPA website, google adsense, etc and Nigerians are making money. But I think it is still better to have a full time job to start with and then do this online business on part time. This will reduce the financial pressure on the individual because it takes some time to make money online, it takes a lot of creativeness to make money. MOBILE APP: I think Nigerians can make money online developing mobile app and selling this app online. PAYPAL FORGIVENESS: Nigerians wishing to make decent money online must pray that paypal remove the blacklist that has been imposed on Nigeria some years back so that it will create a good opportunity for Nigerians to earn online. PAYONEER: This is another alternative to paypal to receive your online payment. 1 Like |

Muzikluva: I said I work from home, not that I work online. I even mentioned that I undertake occasional site visits. It's not safe for me to divulge personal information on anonymous media |
