That was on court technicality. But on moral ground. Saraki and others Failed . Judgement can be bought in the court, using Judicial Bribery or Paying Lawyers to clean your dirty jobs. It is impossible to Buy Moral Uprightness.

Where there is no Fire their will be no smoke, even Buhari failed in this aspect, even though he may claim to have integrity. allegation has being raised against him, via his wife and children.

Does Buhari who couldn't produce his WAEC certificate have any "moral ground" to be Nigeria's president?

Nigerians are not as foolish as you think.

It's funny how people who drag this country into this state are here to fight against the people fixing what they have damaged, Nigerians are not so dumb to give them their mandate again.

By the provisions of section 36(5) of the 1999 Constitution, every person charge with a criminal offence is presumed innocent until proven guilty by a court of competent jurisdiction.

Point of order: All the 12 PDP presidential aspirants have corruption case hang on them, even the ones unmarked their dossier shall be open.

I believe the APC counter forces are waiting for any one of them to emerge from the premaries.

Which of the allegations mentioned against Saraki is not speculative?

Which of the allegations is proven?

It's obvious the author of the post is hasty and petty. If he is not, he would not show this crass incapacity to differentiate between prosecution and persecution.

That said, Saraki's only sin is his distance from the prevalent treachery in he ruling APC.

Dr. Bukola Saraki, despite the serial attempts of political enemies to stain him, continues to rise and shine above such malicious antics. He is a genuine leader whose drive is to see Nigeria to sturdy growth and prosperity.

The allegations against him lack roots and substance. I think what his detractors do not say is that they are confounded by his sheen , popularity and distinctions.
