the meaning of permanent employee doesn't mean their job is permanent or safe... just like permanent secretary doesn't guarantee your permanence. We live in a world full of uncertainties and no condition is permanent. Thank you.

Permanent employees in that regard means employees that are not self employed. Contract staffs can have the scheme.

Kindly clarify.

We have 3 types of resignation.

1- forceful resignation
2- Advised to resign
3 - Voluntary resignation.

The first two are covered the last is not.
