Although the place of formal education can never be replaced by any other thing,however competency can not be acquired in school formal education can complement though.
In addition our constitution is a major problem.School certificate is the least to contest any elective post.
With WAEC as an examination body coming up to clear him he is legally qualifed to contest. Winning the election is another thing and performing ,should he win,is another thing too.

For crying out loud WAEC has cleared the air by putting to rest Adeleke's certificate scandal. So i don't understand where the word "nonentity" is coming from, or since you know how to play around with words, what adjective would you use to qualify a president that has no certificate.
