Corruption in highest order.

He said this below on Twitter.

They are planning now to declare the election inconclusive as a result of cancellation and violence in some p u bc the margin is too close, PDP must fight this injustice. We must come out to say no to this daylight robbery !!!! @inecnigeria

There can never any run off, PDP has clearly won and met all requirements of a simple majority win.
Total votes cancelled did not even exceed total votes polled.
INEC should bury The thoughts of any illegality and putting Nigeria Democracy In danger
The constitution is very clear on guber election. And there is nothing like waiting for INEC to announce results. INEC already announced the collated votes as far as laws are concerned. Final pronouncement at Oshogbo is just to cap it all.

So far so good, both PDP and APC already cleared the 1/4 of 2/3 of total LGAs in the state in the interim according to Section 179 of CFRN 1999 3rd alteration. With major collations done according to Section 27(1a,b,c) of Electoral Act 2010 as amended and the state collation according to Section 27(1d) of the same Electoral Act ongoing, the final results pronouncement/declaration of winner according to Section 27(f) of the Electoral Act to satisfy Section 69 of the Act can only be in conformity with all done from ward level to state.

The final ritual can't undo what Section 27(1a,b,c) already done up to this level." - Akinloye Oyeniyi, National Publicity Secretary, Alliance for New Nigeria (ANN)

Any attempt to alter So in result will be rejected by all Nigerians ...the fact that INEC is still delaying result at this time shows APC have lost woefully and they are only buying time to find the best way to alter the result

Davido should mind his utterance. Court is there for everyone.
Same INEC conducted the previous election that brought your uncle to the senate.

There is no room for run off at this moment. PDP has won clear majority of the votes and satisfied the two thirds.

Are you okay? what was in that utterance by Davido that he should mind? So calling people to come and protect their votes is a criminal act?

You guys want to turn everyone to zombies, you can be a zombie but don't expect everyone to be. Davido has spoken as much as his fundamental right permits.
