THE ELECTION HAS ALREADY BEEN DECLARED INCONCLUSIVE. WHAT A GRAND AND CALCULATED PLAN BY APC LEAD GOVERNMENT. PDP WILL NOT WIN THE RERUN ELECTIONS BECAUSE IT WILL HAVE A NEGATIVE WAVE TO APC.

Pls be rational. Are you saying INEC shouldn't follow d rules?. d cancelled votes is more than d margin of victory between d two leading candidates. Even if APC was leading, INEC couldn't hav announced an outright winner. Both parties will just have to go & work hard in d re-run
