The APC are looking at all avenues to pull this off. This option is a viable one - the courts. However, it would set off chain reactions which would land everyone at the obvious question of their leader's school certificate ('NEPA Bill certificate' as notoriously called by his supporters during the mass hysteria of 2014 and 2015).
