I remembered in camp telling the access bank representative not to open another account for me that I have an account with them already which I don't use due to some arbitrary deduction. The guys still went ahead to open another account which I wasn't happy about. Today, the bank just alert me that I've been debited with #2,560 for ussd transaction fee. Which up to this moment making me look like mad. Imagine having certain amount and you have budgeted it on food but to see an alert that you have been debited, the feeling that could feel is what I am feeling at moment.

Please, how can this message reach them??

This is the first time am experiencing this. Is it only applicable to Access bank?

Because Gtb does not charge me for using USSD...

You made a transaction of 2,550 the 10 on is the fee. My bank adds every thing to assume one transaction, so I get one alert
