Your question was not clear. Who approved the statutory rape law? FGN. Who approved of being banged by ten boys? The 14 year of old girl. Who sees the girl as underage and cannot take a sexual decision and thereby sees any man who sleeps with her a criminal? FGN. it is inconsequential if the girl approved or not.
