IMO APC Crisis Escalates as INEC disobeys Court orders, Issues Uche Nwosu Certificate Reports reaching the EASTERN TELEGRAPH has it that the Crisis which engulfed the All Progressives Congress in IMO State has taken on a new dimension as INEC has purportedly issued Hon. Uche Nwosu with certificate of return contrary to a subsisting court order restraining the Commission from recognizing the candidacy of the Son-in-law of Governor Rochas Okorocha According to Court orders, The only Candidate of the party in IMO State happens to be Senator Hope Uzodinma.
