The Senior Special Assistant to Delta State Governor on Special Duties (Contributory Health Commission) and Director of Media and ICT, Vote Okowa Again 2019, Solomon Ebinum declared that Governor Ifeanyi Okowa is building a lasting legacy and setting a high bar for his successor in 2023.

Ebinum described Governor Ifeanyi Okowa as a remarkable achiever with political principles that he professes brilliantly.

He stated that Governor Okowa's legacy is comprehensive, highly impactful and historic. Among his notable legacies are human capital development, good road networks, vocational education, Health Insurance scheme, to mention but few.

According to Maya Angelou, “If you’re going to live, leave a legacy. Make a mark on the world that can’t be erased.” The indefatigable governor has made his mark in Delta state with obvious testimonies in all nooks and crannies. His developmental strides over the past three years have been geared towards the improvement of the well being of the people, he said.

He also maintained that Governor Okowa's action has always been economically justifiable and in the interest of the people because he continues to espouse and follow sustainable principles in the conduct of government business.

Finally, he said that Governor Ifeanyi Okowa will secure an emphatic victory in 2019 and continue with his developmental strides.
