Atiku’s eldest daughter Fatima is currently a Honourable Commissioner at the Ministry of Health. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Obstetrics, Surgery and Medicine from the University of Dublin, a Master’s degree in Public Health from the London’s Imperial College and a postgraduate diploma in Tropical Medicine and Hygiene, among many other qualifications.

The name of Atiku’s son Aminu might be familiar to you because of his several-year long custody battle with his ex-wife that has been widely publicised. After Aminu Atiku Abubakar wedding in 2007, the couple lived together until 2011 had two children and then split. For the past few years, they have been fighting in court over the custody of their kids, with Aminu playing on the losing side. However, the battle is still ongoing.

Several other children of Atiku are mostly known for having lavish weddings. For instance, three of his daughters decided to get married at the same day! On November 13, 2015, Walida married Murtala, Aisha married Bamanga, and Asmau married Jameel. His brother Mustapha, Bachelor of Law (City University, London) is the Vice Chairman of the Board of Haynes-Worth International (or at least he was, four years ago). Mohammed is the General Manager at Adama Beverages. Atiku Jr. seems to be involved in the fashion industry, but more on the creative side of things.
