I know that everyone is selfish in a right or wrong way but, it is wrongly selfish to have kids. Here is why

For all we know, life is just a journey to the grave. The reason why we even attach any form of moral to it is because more than one person exists.

There are a lot of reasons why people have children, non of which is FOR the child
- not to be lonely (companionship)
- so others won't mock or insult you,
- to build a community,
- So that one would be taken care of when one gets old.
- for ritual purposes
- to carry on the family's legacy (whatever it is) etc.

Look at the world today, conjure your sympathetic side and tell me if any kid deserves to be here.
From the beginning of life till the end is just sorrow. Exception might be
Your parents are very wealthy and you don't care about others. Even then one (or the society) must deal with one of these:
1. The fact that you are going to die and there's nothing you can do about it.
2. Deformities and disabilities
3. Murderers
4. Rapists
5. Drug addicts etc...

So, you see no body is safe from life's depression, but, the parents are too blinded by their selfishness that they're willing to risk it.

Let's face it:
- Children are not blessings, they're liabilities
- life is not a gift, it's a curse
- It's not a privilege to exist, it's just mere experience characterized by whatever situation one is born into.

One could say that children are born because it's natural for humans to procreate. Yes, it is. But our minds are part of nature too and that makes reasoning about solving a problem a natural process too. We reason for a reason. One doesn't pluck bout one's eyes or cut off one's legs just because it's possible. If humans have evolved to the point of realizing that having children isn't necessary I don't think it would be wrong to apply that.

All one's relative sat down to decide whether or not to have children but, nobody cared to ask the child if it wants to come or not. If it can't be contacted, why not just let it be.

Really, what is here on earth that you would want someone you love to come go through it?

What then would you suggest? You might ask

LET THE HUMAN RACE DIE OUT!
