Every two-bit pastor is claiming credit, as if celebrating a known kleptomaniac is a holy act If Atiku wins and he ended up looting the country dry, Kukah would share in the sins |

KadunaMafia: I'm tempted to give you the appropriate response to this your condescending and patronizing post but I'm in a good mood tonight so I'll let it slide Fr Kukah gave a very sensible response and it's only right I acknowledge it. I pander to no one but myself. I'm answerable to no one but myself. I type exactly what I think about the issue and I have no apologies. I've not changed and I won't change. Trust we're good? |

tete7000: You can choose to continue to live in denial. That's your hassle. Are you going home to your family tonight? To sleep in a warm bed? When you are snuggled in that bed, remember Leah Sharibu whom you think a communique is enough for probably huddled in some corner wondering when the old men are coming to rape her. Kukah can call Obasanjo and Atiku and weld them together, yet he can't mobilize these same people to use their power and influence to get Sharibu free. You are accusing me of not praying for Leah, be truthful to yourself, when was the last time you uttered a prayer for her. It's easy to sit behind your screen and type and form warrior for the Church. Guess who the real warrior is. Leah Sharibu. Jesus Christ ate with sinners, spoke with sinner and in the process converted them and preached the Kingdom of God to them. Can you say the same for Nigerian Church leaders? I repeat, what CONCRETE steps has the CBCN and the CAN taken to pressure the government to help free Leah Sharibu? You mention communiqué. How sweet. Let's take that communiqué to Sambisa and read it to Boko Haram and lets see if they'll be touched enough to release Leah and the other captors. Same thing Mbaka was doing, involving himself in partisan politics and turning himself into a pawn for politicians. I just really can't help shaking my head for you and for them. I could remember during the Obasanjo era when a moslem girl was about to be executed in Zamfara for fornication according to Shari'a, Anthony Cardinal Okogie have himself up to be executed so that the girl may be spared. Of course, that was the game changer that saved the girl's life. During the military era, Bishop Job of Ibadan couldn't keep quiet. He was always speaking truth in the face of tyranny and oppressive government. The good old days. Nowadays bishops and politicians are close buddies as the latter steak the Commonwealth and make donations to the former through the Church and the mosques. |

budget4: What make you think I want these selfish, useless, moronic, old fools reconciled? Don't you see? Their friendship spells doom for you and other Nigerian Masses. What makes you think they are remotely interested in you? Those two colluded and took 16 billion dollars from you and you are here clapping for them because they are no longer fighting themselves. You should pray that God will scatter all of them. Because when they gather, you suffer. (Wow, I'm getting better at this rhyming thing. Lol) |

JayCynic: I pity you. Do you know why I pity you? You have decided to lie to yourself. If you were lying to me and telling yourself the truth there would have been hope for you. But not only are you lying to yourself, not only have you started believing your own lies, you have also willing to use the Scriptures to back up your lies. So unfortunate. (Stupidity number 1) The "good" thief on the cross asked for forgiveness and mercy. Have Obasanjo and Atiku repented? Have they asked for mercy from God? (Stupidity number 2) Zaccheus was a sinner who desperately wanted to see the Lord and to receive him in his home. And when he did, he repented of his former sins, he gave back all the money he had acquired illegally and turned a new leaf. Can you say the same thing for Obasanjo and Atiku? (Stupidity number 3) Matthew was a tax collector. He left everything he had and followed Jesus Christ as his disciple. He repented of his sins and became a great apostle of the Gospel. Can you say the same thing for Obasanjo and Atiku? (Stupidity number 4) The crowd shouting that they preferred Barabbas and that Jesus be crucified did that because Jesus was destined to be crucified. It was the reason he came from heaven. To die for man so that man may live. So why would he berate them? (Stupidity number 5) So he whipped the traders not because they were dishonest but because they desecrated the temple. Lol. I guess it was okay that they were dishonest, they just picked the wrong place to be dishonest, right? Here's a little background on that incidence. The temple was located in Jerusalem and if you as a Jew wanted to worship in the temple you had to come to Jerusalem from wherever you were. Most travelers relied on these traders to get what they needed to offer at the temple. Items like candles, doves etc were sold at the temple, which was the practice and the norm. Jesus Christ flogged them because they had turned the temple into a place where they took advantage of travelers who had traveled from great distance, hiking their prices and cutting shady deals. Jesus flogged them because such practices dishonored the temple. Now, between the two of us who has a blunt intellect? Who is intellectually crude? (Stupidity number 6) You think religious leaders hobnobbing with corrupt politicians is going to change the situation in the country for good? You are laughable. These same politicians steak from you and then come to church and pay tithes with your money while you sit down unable to offer anything to the church because you don't have a job. You really think Jesus came to pacify? I'm sure you haven't read your bible to the point where Jesus said I come with sword not to bring peace. I come to set a son against his father and a daughter again her mother. There can be no compromise with evil. You don't dine with Satan and then hope to sup with God later in the evening. Do you think that Atiku is repentant? Spending millions of dollars, bribing delegates of PDP to vote for him. I guess that's a good sign of repentance. Let's all give him a hug and dine with him because Jesus ate with sinners. Oh wait, Atiku would never invite us commoners to lunch... The joke's on you bro. Enjoy your pain. |

WhyMoD:Dont kill yourself over any issue of corruption. Don't get me wrong however. I'm not saying three is no corruption as it's every where and in every country. What I'm saying is that it's not as brazen as PDP era. And Im sure you know this. You are just looking for reason to just hate the current Regim. Well good luck hating. Hope it doesn't kill you |
