I am a Nigerian based in UAE..I got married to my American gf some months back and both of us went back 2 our Base.Now she want 2 start d filing process..my questions are: 1.can she file 4 me while I appear at d USA embassy in DUBAI or I have to come back to my native country? 2.is it not gamble like B1/B2 visa? 3.Can u explain the general process to me...in details |
