why it held sway, it promoted Biafranism as follows:

1. Nigeria is a zoo
2. there must be a referendum for separation of Biafra from Nigeria.
3. No referendum no election.
4. Anyone trying to unite Nigeria or participate in Nigeria Government that includes a Biafran is a Unity Beggar.


Kanu was powerful and loyalty to him was absolute..he earned it!
he was going to stand in the way of Anambra election until the python dance. and the rest is history.


The "non unity beggars" became weary in the absence of Kanu.
ahead of 2019 elections they have abandoned all the creed of Biafranism..

1. They no longer proclaim Nigeria as a zoo. They have their PVCs to vote under the Nigeria supreme constitution.
the constitution under which they will.vote says Nigeria is CANNOT be broken up (indisoluble)

2. No need for referendum before or after election. since referendum after election is not a campaign promise of their preferred candidate. At any rate, it is against the spirit of the constitution their candidate must shall swear to uphold if elected

3. They are now begging the rest of Nigeria for unity.


suddenly the high priest Kanu returns to the stage. what will he do:
1.abandon the struggle and join politics like Ojukwu? stand
2. Rekindle the fiery passion Biafranism?

whatever he does, will his people follow him? time will tell.
