A story building where 2 different bills are sent,
They have applied for a prepaid meter to no avail

The Ikeja electric officials claim one bill is for the tenant upstairs while the other bill is for the ones downstairs,

Brethren, they use just one connection for the entire building how is that possible??

Below is the original bill they have been paying to before they started receiving a cloned bill, notice the name street and Account number

Below you will see the cloned bill, the Ikeja electric officials tweaked the name, the address became 17, There are no houses on that street with that number
The account number also Changed..
This happens every 3months,

They send the original for 2months and send the clone, they dont come together

Legal practitioners is there a way we can sue Ikeja electric?

Though I am not a staff of EKDC.....how long have you been an occupant of that apartment? There is a very good chance that the old occupants of the two apartment used separate connection only to later merge into a single connection and thus a bill became abandoned. This could have transpired with the help of a scrupulous nepa/phcn/ EKDC staff. I am sure you are not aware of this. Try and investigate into the matter...u may just have to visit their office for clarification. Best of luck to you sir.
