As the 2019 general elections draw close, Nigeria’s former Vice president under Olusegun Obasanjo, Atiku Abubakar and his capable running mate, Peter Obi have emerged candidates from the Peoples Democratic Party, and a lot of Nigerians have shown that they are ready for something different, after experiencing the inept administration of Muhammadu Buhari and his vice, Yemi Osinbajo.

Ever since the emergence of the Buhari administration, Nigerians have seen mass killings across the country, an economic meltdown, more children out of school, election rigging in Ekiti and Osun states a collapse of values in government institutions and so many other damages to the country’s progress.

This is obvious, except to those who choose to reward mediocrity and further destroy Nigeria for generations yet unborn. But for those who seek to repair the damage done, they clamour for an Atiku/Obi ticket, both whom are proven employers of labour and are widely recognised for personal achievements and milestones.

I disagree with this post, this was what actually happened when the people were eager to vote the pdp out after 16 years of ruling Nigeria, and so far the movement for change is gradually yielding a good result, a country like Nigeria cannot be changed overnight, individuals should not consider the fake propaganda by the PDP, this administration is our reality we should learn how to work with the Government to achieve their aims as every individual has a role to play in the development process of this country.

For many Nigerians, its not about party propaganda. I hope you read and interact more with people around you, then draw your conclusions like a wise person would do.
