If he is supposed to pay tax of 20 Million per year (60 Million in 3 years) and he pays only 10m in 3 years. He has cheated Nigerians of 50 million Naira. In good countries, the government will collect the unpaid tax, charge you penalties and still send you to jail. Wesley Snipes was sent to jail for not paying taxes. You remember footballers in Spain being tried for not paying taxes? It is a crime not to pay tax.
